做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
