做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
