做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
