做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
