做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
